When Veracity Credit decided to update its Brokers division, I was commissioned through The Chiron Group to reconstruct their logo and create a new one for this particular venture.
One thing that I love, is salvaging old logos from low quality, pixelated GIF files! There is a certain satisfaction gained from recreating boxy shapes into vectors, and this was one those fun tasks. And to spice it up, I had to hunt the exact font used in the original logo and match it in the new addition (which was Baskerville.)
The commission also included creating a TV themed logo addition and several gold promotion seals. Unfortunately the credit market was at the verge of collapse at the time, and many of the corporate’s planned campaigns were not executed. Preliminary logos and final drafts below:
